How it works

Tell us what you need and upload any helpful files or reference images.
We review feasibility, design effort, production approach, quantity, and timing.
If the project is a fit, we contact you with questions or a project-specific quote.

Every custom project is reviewed by a person before it is accepted or quoted.

Project files

Upload reference images or supported files using the formats and size limit shown in the upload field. Please use Zip for CAD formats, including STL, 3MF, STEP and STP.

If your file is too large, is not accepted, or the upload field is unavailable, submit this request without it and describe the file in your notes. We will follow up about an alternate transfer method.

Required acknowledgments I confirm that I own the files and content I am submitting, or I have permission from the rights holder to provide them to Primrose 4D for review and, if I approve a quote, for the requested design or manufacturing work. I understand that my uploaded project files may be retained for up to 90 calendar days from the upload date and will then be deleted, unless I request and Primrose 4D confirms a specific extension or a longer period is required by law. I understand that submitting this request does not place an order or authorize production. Work begins only after Primrose 4D accepts the project and the applicable quote, approval, and payment requirements are completed.
